Damage, Repair & Replacement Policy

We take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our charcuterie carts. To ensure each client enjoys the same high standard, we kindly ask that all equipment be handled with care.

If any part of the cart or included accessories is damaged during your rental period, fees may be assessed as follows:

​

• Minor surface damage (scratches, scuffs, residue): $25–$75

• Structural damage (broken panels, bent hardware, hinge replacements): $100–$300

• Complete cart replacement (if cart is rendered unusable): $850+

• Lost or damaged accessories (tongs, utensils, signage, décor): $5–$50 per item

All renters must sign a release of liability and damage waiver prior to the event. You will be notified of any assessed damages within 48 hours of pickup, along with photographic evidence and a repair estimate if applicable.
