2. Eligibility

Platter Pushers provides a platform for users to rent charcuterie carts, book accessories, and explore rental options for events. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service without notice at any time.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process.
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

5. Payment and Deposits

A non-refundable $50 deposit is required for all cart rentals. This deposit may be used to hold another date if canceled, subject to availability within 45 days.
Full payment is required prior to the rental date.

6. Cancellations

If you cancel your reservation, your deposit can be used to hold another date for up to 45 days, subject to availability.
Refunds are not provided for cancellations.

7. Liability Waiver

By using our rental service, you agree that Platter Pushers is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of the rented equipment. In accordance with California Civil Code Section 1542, you expressly waive any and all rights or benefits that you may otherwise have or claim under the provision of that section, which states:

"A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party."

8. User Reviews

Users may submit reviews of our services without creating an account.
We reserve the right to moderate, publish, or remove any user reviews that violate our policies.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design, is the property of Platter Pushers or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
