Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the rental date to be eligible to apply the deposit toward another date within 45 days, subject to availability.

• Refunds are not provided for cancellations under any circumstances.

• If Platter Pushers must cancel a rental due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled rental date.
